   I'll be honest: I'm still struggling with the style updates on mastodon.social. Everything feels a bit misaligned and harder to read.

   Just me?

     @fribbledom Not only that, it also wastes precious vertical screen space in exchange for the horizontal space which is in no danger of running out.

     @fribbledom Suddenly there's less padding or is just me? Not sure what changed, but TL looks uglier.

     Gosh, no, I certainly wouldn't call it ugly. It's probably just a matter of getting used to a slightly different layout.

     Everything does feel a bit more "floaty" and stretched out right now. The timestamps and like/share buttons look "unanchored" to me.

     These are very subjective perceptions however. Zooming out to 80% already helps a lot.

     @fribbledom I just got here, so the layout is really new. I use mobile mostly, and it seems to have a decent presentation so far.
