    !parabola  Unbelievable: Package "mate-power-manager" is not working. As normal user I have no possibilities to startup the power-management under #Parabola. Yes, using #OpenRC so far. Are there any hints or clues I'm missing? Or is it another dependency needed for systemd? Please tell me it's just a missing group or right for user, not any further dependency for systemd. #Question

    Sobre !parabola y otros males.

    La versión del kernel 4.15.2 tiene aparentemente serios problemas con respecto a sus módulos.

    Ésto se debe gracias a que se ignoró la advertencia de desinstalar primero la dependencia en cuestión que origina esta clase de conflictos:

    Para solucionarlo, esta publicación en el subreddit de Arch lo explica muy bien. La única diferencia es que usaríamos "mkinitcpio -p linux-libre" para el kernel libre.

    The same thing happened to me when I created a !trisquel 8 USB bootable drive. It immediately showed the grub for my !parabola machine. When I tried the same USB on a machine with no OS it said something along the lines of "No Boot disk detected". This started from the December to the latest ISO image. I'll wait for the final version before trying again. For the meantime I installed Trisquel 7 on my child's laptop.

    @arescorpio que bueno saber que te funciona. Sin embargo tuve que corregir un pequeño detalle inportante para armv7h en el PKGBUILD, y otro minúsculo para todas las arquitecturas que por suerte no afecta. Linux-libre estará al 100% en la versión 4.14.8, mientras tanto actualizaré los demás kernels. Larga vida !Parabola !!!

    Hoy actualicé mi partición con !parabola debido a que me acosté en la tarde y ahor me desperté con un jet lag insufrible (sí, buenos días a la gente de España).

    Hay mucho trabajo qué hacer para dejar bien bonita la página de inicio de Iceweasel 57 con el logo de Parabola, aunque yo hubiera optado por dejarlo con la comadreja como en Iceweasel 56.
