    @vitoranguia Outra coisa que pode ajudar bastante gente é que todos estes, #Mastodon, #Pixelfed e #PeerTube são federados via #ActivityPub. Assim, quando estiver visitando a instância #PeerTube onde o vídeo legal está, posso inscrever-me/seguir aquele canal clicando no botão "Seguir"/"Inscrever-se" e informar minha conta externa (que vem do próprio #Mastodon e é algo como nome@instância ). Todavia, se eu quiser *públicar* vídeos, terei que fazer uma conta #PeerTube.

    @vitoranguia De fato, só pelo fato de não ter encontrado "aquela pessoa" na rede federada do padrão internacional #ActivityPub (que aliás, é o verdadeiro segredo no #Mastodon, que permite a este federar com vários outros serviços na #Internet), não significa que não existe conteúdo interessante ou que não há pessoas do #Brasil / #Brazil na rede. Ademais, é melhor começar em algum lugar, por alguém.

    @coolboymew I heard recently that #AndStatus doesn't work properly with Pleroma as with "Mastodon type" social network. Didn't investigate this...
    But since last year #Pleroma is adding #ActivityPub #C2S (Client to Server) interface, and AndStatus has basic support for this type, checked and tested with Pleroma team! See https://github.com/andstatus/andstatus/issues/499

    Este nodo en el q estamos, por ejemplo, el gnusocial.cc , no federa por que NO ha actualizado a 2.0 dev que es la nueva version de #GNUsocial que lleva #ActivityPub pero si federa con los nodos de #Mastodon anteriores a 3.0 que aun tienen #Ostatus- Los nodos #Mastodon al actualizar a 3.0 pieden Ostatus y no federaban a menos que el nodo de GNUsocial este en 2.0 dev que s la version que justo ahora esta en desarrollo y probando.
    Federan los nodos de version inferior de GNUsocial 2.0 dev con los nodos de versiones inferiores de Mastodon 3.0 por que aun conservan #Ostatus y ahora federan los nodos de #Mastodon con versiones iguales o superiores a 3.0 con iguales o superioes de #GNUsocial 2.0 dev por que tienen #ActivityPub

    It works already.
    Not very impressive yet, because there is NO WAY (yet?!) to get actual metadata for remote groups (actual unique ID, avatar ...)
    But adding internal app's infrastructure for Groups support is much more important. It could be used e.g. in #ActivityPub

    Oh, I see that #GNUSocial development is going on: https://notabug.org/diogo/gnu-social
    #ActivityPub Server-to-Server support is being added (and I saw a report that it was successfully tested some days ago...)

    Moreover, looking into the source code I found the first-hand info about the system's API .
    And although the code, related to Groups support, didn't change for the last six years :-) https://notabug.org/diogo/gnu-social/src/nightly/actions/apitimelinegroup.php , it works and I could actually retrieve the group's timeline at loadaverage.org

    The unusual "!groupname" syntax to address a group is not a big problem...

    @coloco ufff ese grafico me parece confuso, ya que no entiendo cual es el parametro que se ha usado para generarlo.

    Despues de algunos minutos de mirarlo, me parece que usa 2 parametros:
    Popularidad: De acuerdo al numero de servidores corriendo
    Enlaces o conectores: Y como se interconectan entre si

    De acuerdo a fediverse.network hay 30 redes sociales en el #fediverso.

    Hay 30 redes sociales que utilizan 1 o mas protocolos.

    Por ejemplo: Mastodon solo usa un unico protocolo, #ActivityPub; mientras #Friendica es compatible con el mayor numero de ellos, ActivityPub + #FRDN + #StatusNet + #Ostatus + #Diaspora + #Zot + #XMPP + #SMTP + #Pumpio ... y si añadimos los servicios tambien estan #RSS + #Twitter + #WordPress ...

    Asi como puedes ver el grafico deberia ser algo mas complejo.

It's the ActivityPub equivalent of an email server, storing posts as human readable #JSON on file, rather than in a database. It also uses only a small amount of RAM.
