#Wikimedia, #CreativeCommons, #Xnet y otras entidades contra la #LeyUribes: alertan de sus efectos y la opacidad de su tramitación

Wikimedia España y Creative Commons España, dos pesos pesados de internet, junto con Xnet, la Federación Española de Sociedades de Archivística, Biblioteconomía, Documentación y Museística (FESABID) e Interferencias se han unido para alertar sobre la "inminente" trasposición de una directiva "clave para nuestra definición y uso de internet".

Estas entidades culturales y de la sociedad civil advierten sobre los efectos que puede acarrear una "transposición sesgada de la directiva" a la legislación española y asimismo critican "la opacidad del proceso llevado a cabo por el Gobierno" para incorporarla a nuestras leyes.

@dausacker É uma pena que não disponibilizaram o material com licença CC-BY-SA-4.0. Seria bom ver um conteúdo educativo e de qualidade destes com essa licença.

@craigmaloney I don't know exactly what is the work in question but if you can, use #AGPL instead of #GPL. Also try to use latest version with the “or-later” option (I know this is sometimes not possible, specially when some CC-BY-SA-4.0 work is involved, for which case it's better to use the “only” versions and assign #CreativeCommons as #license #proxy).

Contrary to that #Academia (.edu) reference, this one allows direct download without running the non-free #JS / #JavaScript, so it is compliant with the license stated in https://espace.curtin.edu.au/handle/20.500.11937/14340 .

@duponin Seems to be a violation of the license, as of version 4.0 (standard if no version number *and* or if no link to license terms from #CreativeCommons is given). If I read version 4.0 correctly, it has provisions against technological measures that make it difficult exercising the rights.

I like the idea of a #CreativeCommons #SearchEngine! But you need to accept a few third parties, otherwise the results look a bit... unexpected :)
