First time I hear about Nobara. Jusging from the website, it addresses various issues with media codecs and gaming which currently require post-install tweaks on Fedora:

If it pulls from regular Fedora repositories, you can probably just do:

dnf --releasever=38 upgrade

...and get Plasma 5.27 now!

Pues me ha empezado a pasar que se me queda tostao el escritorio #plasma #kde al usar #keepassxc , no he conseguido reproducirlo exactamente y provocar el fallo. Uso #Debian testing.

¿A alguien más le pasa algo parecido?

Se arregla matando keepassxc desde una de las terminales tty.
Desde el escritorio no se puede hacer nada, no sale Krunner, si que sale el menu principal de plasma, pero no hace nada si haces click o escribes.

@codewiz let us know how it goes. I'm using #manjaro #gnome on my laptop, but I used #KDE #Plasma in the past. I always found it great out of the box and buggy when changing something from the defaults. I always wondered if it was because of the underlying distro (I was using PopOS that never officially supported Plasma) or because of Plasma itself.

@neffscape That's right, it's quite buggy and they're aware of it. In Nate Graham's own words:

"KDE software has historically been accused of being resource-intensive, ugly, and buggy. Over the years we’ve largely resolved the first two, but the issue of bugginess persists."
