Background: Some locations within the autonomous North and East Syria (NES, widely still called by its initial name "Rojava" which was changed from because it is in Kurdish while NES is radically pro-diversity) have their own autonomous locals' military councils, such as here Deir ez-Zor and also Manbij Military Council which is often visible as the Arab-majority area is under about daily bombardments and other attacks by Turkey and its auxiliaries, while Deir ez-Zor has more commonly been the target of infiltrators (later when captured admitting to be) sent by Turkey, Iran and Assad-ruled part of Syria for the purpose of inciting race war but always failing because being pro-diversity is a pillar of the democratic confederalism of the autonomous NES.

Reportedly revolutionary Karen fighters sent a message of solidarity with Rojava (the autonomous North and East Syria) from Myanmar.
As I saw it via Aryen TV in Farsi, I couldn't quite make out which Karen revolutionary group it was through the layers of languages and I don't know their insignias, but it's nice anyway.

Heyva Sor, the Kurdish Red Crescent (like the Red Cross), again calls for emergency aid as the organizations required to and existing for the primary or sole purpose of aiding in exactly these situations, at least in the past have chosen to specifically ignore their jobs in the North and East of Syria,
so it wasn't until captured ISIL/Daesh fighters after their territorial defeat were placed in al-Hol which until then was exclusively a refugee camp that ICRC, UNHCR and others became interested in helping regularly there, with the exception of MSF which also before that was the only one to send a doctor on a weekly visit for tens of thousands of refugees, in spite of years of please for help from those orgs actually required to do exactly that.

As previously refusing to include any representation for the millions of people people in the autonomous North and East Syria (NES), because the goal is not peace but oppressive subjugation inevitably leading to conflict perpetuation and NES is the only major conflict party who has refused vassalage.
