Then thaw (consumable portion) , 4-6 hours (or, a day) before use. Ideally, you freeze them in usable portions, to keep each in unused portions in frozen states.
In the freezer, it can keep for several months, and the probiotic bacteria will hibernate. Reportedly. 🙃
