maybe it is good to explain UBI as a non-discriminatory investment in the people to allow them to worry less about paying the bills and instead worry more about pursuing new projects instead of working for the man.

in a way, UBI could break the large corporations as a lot of people stuck in corporate america would probably be more willing to quit and try something else with it.

to me, pure political communism does seem very similar to what the founders of the US were originally aiming for with the articles of confederation. and in a lot of ways, i like the articles of confederation setup better than i like the strong federalist government we have today... especially in these troubled times.

i also think UBI can help spur entrepreneurship and ultimately a stronger economy.
