May as well throw this out here. For my job, I am looking for **IPv6-enabled** VPS hosting in mainland China. The big names (Tencent, Alibaba, etc) seem only to offer IPv6 terminated at a load balancer, which is not good enough, we need to be able to run our own code on a machine with a globally routable v6 address. Provider must also be willing to take money from a USA corporation. Many physical DC locations are desirable.

Has anyone written up a concise explanation of the reasons why internet activists tend not to trust Cloudflare? I’m having trouble convincing one of my cow-orkers that this is actually a thing to be concerned about (when developing a website whose audience is specifically those activists, so this isn’t just a solidarity thing, it affects our credibility).
