Usually DOS games get overlooked in such videos, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see a fairly detailed look at Bethesda's 1991 Terminator game in this one:

It's kind of funny to look at early King's Quest games through the modern lens. Once hailed as breakthrough titles in their genre and videogames in general, today they would most likely be considered a big example of what NOT to do when it comes to design.
