1) El seu desenvolupament va estar paralitzat moltes vegades per diverses anomalies, l'últim va ser al període 2016-2017 on el principal desenvolupador va estar molt inactiu.
2) En general, Tox va ser un projecte sense molt professionalitat (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8125099, https://github.com/irungentoo/toxcore/issues/1379, https://zetok.github.io/2016/12/17/Tox-Considered-Harmful.html)
3) La seva seguritat no ha estat auditada per cap organtizació, pel que jo sé.

Riot té una interfície adaptada al ús empresarial i per programadors (p.ex els ponts d'IRC i Slack), mas em sembla bé per totes les comunicacions. A més, hi ha altres interfícies (p.ex Fractal) més naturals i similars a un xat normal, i pròximament hauran funcions noves com stickers.

@bgta @coloco Us recomenaria Wire (tot i treballar en un únic servidor centralitzat), Ring (si funciona) o Matrix/Riot (si bé encara està en beta i els clients no són tan bons).

Idea: make Flutter but with Rust, allow for dynamic reloading in debug by compiling each part of the app as a dynamic library or something like that

Personal opinion on Material Design 2 after being formally presented:

You know what? It's awesome. In words of the Google Design team, "Material Design isn't a single style. It's an adaptable design system." It's actually keeping its original ideas and 𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 them so that you can apply the concept of playing with material to different styles and brands, which is pretty neat.

Google's implementation of its branding on Android and apps sucks and shits all over the place, though.
