I lived in #Japan for 3 years and I absolutely loved it, but it was a lot more challenging than here in the United States. Everything from opening a bank account to paying taxes was unreasonably complicated, and not just due to the language.

I wanted to fund a tech startup in Tokyo, but these barriers made me reconsider the idea. Perhaps one day...

I'm trying out GNOME 44 on my laptop, and it's continuously dimming the screen even though I'm on AC power. and I the Dim Screen option is turned off.

Is this a known bug?
