What 2FA app would you recommend for android instead of G or Authy? @switchingsocial

Yes, I would highly recommend NextCloud:
They are also on here at:
It's really easy to install and use, and they have really good apps for all major platforms.
You can also use them without self-hosting through third party hosting services.

Sometimes fediverse accounts on different instances will appear blank when you first search for them. This is true for Mastodon accounts too. (This seems to happen if no one on your instance has followed them before?)
If you follow them, their future posts should start appearing on your timeline.

Did you know you can follow Pixelfed accounts from Mastodon?
Just paste the Pixelfed account's address into the Mastodon search box, click search, then click on the follow button.
Alternatively, if an account is already connected to your instance you can @ it directly.
A couple of days ago Paula shared her excellent #Pixelfed account:
Are there other nice Pixelfed accounts people would recommend following?

I hope I'm wrong, but AFAIK there is still no way of self-hosting Mycroft?
(I asked for links about this a while ago, but people just pointed me to future plans.)

There's a hobbyst Snips site here:

Snips works offline (i.e. without a server) but it still seems to be aimed at hobbyists and businesses rather than consumers.

Mycroft relies on a centralised server.
There was some talk of them offering an entirely self-hosted version, but as far as I know that hasn't actually happened.

Snips is open source but the source isn't linked from the front page (I don't know why):

Does anybody here know an open alternative for Google Assistant? Maybe @switchingsocial ?

Switching.social generally isn't aimed at self-hosters.

They don't match switching.social's target audience.
Pleroma and Misskey don't have onboarding for non-tech people.

The page will have self-hosted fonts listed as the main alternative, and system fonts listed below that.

Just to make clear, I'm looking for tutorials I can link to which tell people how to use system fonts on their website.

Just working on the Google Fonts alternatives page.
-Does anyone know a good tutorial on using system fonts on a website?
-Also, can you recommend a website for downloading free open licensed fonts?

Would it be helpful if before posting a toot you were notified if any of the words you typed were a commonly used hashtag?
