With their public behavior, yes. We need to ensure such people are still granted a private life, or we'll forever be stuck with psychopaths in these positions. Regardless, there's nothing immoral about partying with your friends.

@fribbledom some people expect that people in positions of power/authority will set a moral example with their behaviour. Whether that's a correct expectation or not, I don't know. But I don't think they'd hold a factory worker to the same standard.

However, as a significant political figure, like prime minister, one really should know better than to get filmed being wasted. This isn't even the first time this is happening to her.
