@fribbledom well, least material for a given load.
They look awfully like plants and I suspect that's because plants are optimizing the same metrics

@fribbledom less or least?
@fribbledom is this purposefully made to look like trees, or is that just optimal shape for some reasonable metric?
@fribbledom
No.
@fribbledom oh no, here come the bullshit PRs (not yours, other peoples')
@fribbledom is there nothing immoral about getting drunk though? (not just tipsy, but, as you described, shit-faced)
@fribbledom some people expect that people in positions of power/authority will set a moral example with their behaviour. Whether that's a correct expectation or not, I don't know. But I don't think they'd hold a factory worker to the same standard.
@fribbledom
I find your take outrageous.
People still read manpages, and some developers still write good ones (see swaywm).
For me, manpages have been the most natural way to read documentation for the last 10 years. They're way better than a web browser, because I don't have to leave the terminal, they work offline, they document the version you have installed, etc.
@fribbledom it seems like GPG was written with a "be smarter than the user" mindset
@BalooUriza @fribbledom
counterpoint: at $dayjob, we (SRE team) rely on people asking multiple times if they still care about something. If we end up not doing it immediately, and a few weeks pass since the initial request without anyone asking again, we will assume it's no longer needed.
@fribbledom btw. what card specifically?
@fribbledom looks like a great way to leak RNG outout through a side channel... though a good RNG shouldn't care about its output being known
