Wrapping my head a little bit more around #Ripple and wondering if anyone has thoughts on how it compares with #Faircoin.
It seem that both are run by a relatively centralized issuer that holds a substantial % of the #cryptocurrency supply, but in the case of #XRP that's an extractive corporation, while in the case of #FAIR it's an open #coop.
I vastly prefer the latter to the former, but feel like I'm probably missing a bunch...

NO. Many ISPs already block p2p protocol traffic and #Tor . Blockchain probably won't save you. If you have the money and resources, establish your own ISP, preferably a #coop. Otherwise, CALL CONGRESS. They might be able to invoke the Congressional Review Act.
