@strypey for this subset, strong #copyleft is advised, as recommended in https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html , and by same reference, when incorporating a work under CC-BY-SA-4.0 (valid only for this version number so far) into a #AGPL or #GPL the license version of the resulting work must be "3.0-only" and set #CreativeCommons as proxy to allow [A]GPL upgrade, pointing to their compatibility review page in the additional text that must accompany the " #copyright + license" notice.

@strypey #CreativeCommons licenses are auto-upgradable, and there is currently no way to remove it from the original work (if you are the original author/proprietor). The catch is that the free/libre license variations ("CC-BY"-and-any-number-or-jurisdiction and "CC-BY-SA"-and-any-number-or-jurisdiction) cannot work well enough to address the suset of public goods (in economical categorization, not to be confused with "owned by government") that are functional works.

#CreativeCommons (CC) is a way to let people share your work without giving up all your rights.

For example, many bands use it to let fans legally share their music non-commercially, while still being able to charge companies for commercial use.

It's really easy to add a CC licence, just pick the one you want from the official site and add it to your work:

@mariadocarmo @letthewatersroar Interestingly, works put under the majority of the "licenses" that Lessig proposes (the #CreativeCommons ones) are known as "at least shareable" because these licenses don't promote all freedoms that are important to be addressed in critical situations such as when someone is doing tasks with computer programs (software), for these scenarios, community oriented #copyleft enforcement with strong and upgradable licenses exist.

There's a new #PeerTube instance run by @deadsuperhero called VidCommons which is dedicated entirely to #CreativeCommons and #PublicDomain works:

A pesar de la nueva y polémica directiva europea sobre copyright, no todo el contenido que se puede encontrar en la red está protegido. Algunas personas gustan de liberar su trabajo para que el resto de usuarios puedan usarlo bajo algunas condiciones. Estas condiciones son, precisamente, las que recogen las licencias Creative Commons.

Estas licencias, ampliamente utilizadas en la red en sitios como Flickr y bancos de imágenes, sirven para garantizar al creador (o licenciatario) una serie de derechos sobre sus productos, a la par que permiten compartir y utilizar el contenido de forma completamente gratuita. En total hay seis tipos, y cada uno de ellos impone una serie de condiciones distintas.
