@vitoranguia Outra coisa que pode ajudar bastante gente é que todos estes, #Mastodon, #Pixelfed e #PeerTube são federados via #ActivityPub. Assim, quando estiver visitando a instância #PeerTube onde o vídeo legal está, posso inscrever-me/seguir aquele canal clicando no botão "Seguir"/"Inscrever-se" e informar minha conta externa (que vem do próprio #Mastodon e é algo como nome@instância ). Todavia, se eu quiser *públicar* vídeos, terei que fazer uma conta #PeerTube.

@fanta@linuxinthenight.com @juansantiago @dalme@gnusocial.cc @dsteve Perdonad que desentierre este hilo viejuno, era solo para comentar que la solución paliativa que yo empleo para este problema es visualizar los vídeos por medio de #mpsyt configurando todo el entorno -incluído el programa de visualización- para que las conexiones vayan torificadas. Menos da una piedra, pero está claro que tenemos un problema en cuanto a la centralización de los contenidos. A ver si un día #peertube etc. despegan...

Due to the extreme emergency mode my life is going into, I can no longer afford to host or maintain VidCommons.org. In case you don't recall, VC is a PeerTube instance serving as a library of Public Domain and Creative Commons media for the fediverse, kind of like what Open Audio is for Funkwhale.

If anyone is interested in transferring ownership to continue running the project, please let me know in short order! Otherwise, the instance will be discontinued at the end of next week.

Je viens de mettre en ligne sur #Peertube le film « #WomanAtWar », que je classe pour ma part comme un des meilleurs films que j'ai vu ces dix dernières années.
Ce film islandais arrive à parler avec poésie et humour à la fois d'écologie, de sabotage, de revendications, de famille, et même un peu de racisme, le tout sans mièvreries et avec un personnage féminin très fort et profond.
Je le recommande très très chaudement.
