    - Can poke all day configuring it
    - Very frequently doing the above one would step on some bug (which is expected given the large surface). So bugs all over the place.
    - Impossible to keep configuration reproducible (gazillion config files scattered in $HOME). I tried once to put in git - disastrous failure!
    - Font rendering getting better
    - Functionality at the expense of aesthetically pleasing looks

    La celebración del vigésimo quinto aniversario de KDE no estaría completa sin el lanzamiento de Plasma 5.23, la última versión del entorno de escritorio.

    KDE Plasma 5.23 no llega con cambios revolucionarios, pero sí con muchas mejoras y la intención de pulir la experiencia con Wayland, cuya implementación en Kwin se ha convertido este año (y seguro que también el que viene) en una de las mayores prioridades del proyecto. Pero antes de llegar a lo que atañe al protocolo gráfico, vamos a mencionar el resto de cambios y novedades importantes.

    Lo primero que han resaltado los responsables de KDE Plasma 5.23 es la intención de darle al entorno “una ráfaga de aire fresco” con el tema “Brisa – Océano azul”, que tiene como propósito dotar a las aplicaciones y herramientas de KDE de un acabado estético más atractivo y facilitar su uso a través de escritorio, móviles y tabletas.www.muylinux.com/2021/10/14/kd…

    El PinePhone cierra una etapa. El smartphone creado por PINE64 deja atrás el testeo con los diferentes sabores de Linux preparados para la movilidad y se enfoca en desarrollar un producto con aspiraciones que van más allá de ofrecer un gadget para el cacharrero, para lo cual ya ha elegido a los socios con los que emprender la aventura: Manjaro y KDE.

    Así, las ediciones comunitarias de la primera iteración del PinePhone, entre las que se contaban las basadas en Plasma Mobile y Manjaro, pero también en Ubuntu Touch, postmarketOS y Mobian, han pasado a la historia, según informó el proyecto hace unas semanas. El PinePhone, sin embargo, continúa su andadura. «Aunque este es el final del esquema de Community Edition, es solo el comienzo para PinePhone como proyecto», aclaraban desde PINE64.

    Figured out that my battery lasts longer on #gnome than on #plasma and #wacom tablet set up was a breeze

    Not sure why i don't love it though, maybe it was the pain of getting it all together and trying to set it up that made me switch back already..
