The warm image shows the remains of an old settlement whose houses are being reclaimed by nature over time. The houses are filled with sand. Info: Kolmannskuppe, or Kolmanskop, is an abandoned settlement in Namibia. The ghost town is located about ten kilometers east of the port city of Lüderitz in the Tsau-ǁKhaeb National Park. Access is strictly controlled and leaving the settlement area to the south is also prohibited, as diamonds are still mined in the restricted area.

Thousands of sheep cross this old bridge over a roaring, noisy river twice a year. A crossing with all these animals usually takes two days.

Les presento las mojarras fritas al mojo de ajo que preparé ayer.
1. Enjuagar el pescado
2. Cubrirlo con una mezcla de harina, ajo y cebolla en polvo, y sal
3. Asegúrate que el aceite esté muy caliente (Yo lo prepare en disco y a la leña, por tradición regia)
4. Al final, agrega ajos dorados en mantequilla encima de la mojarra
Acompañamos con papas y arroz con azafrán.

Buenas,

Aprovechando el paso por Cebú ciudad, me he dado una vuelta por el casco histórico.

La primera parada en el fuerte de San Pedro.
El original, construido por Legazpi, era de madera. Pero un par de siglos después lo hicieron de piedra, que los piratas daban mucha caña.
