@Anna most themes on miui are user created, and there are plenty. I've seen some high contrast ones.

As for fonts, a friend of mine has her phone with a huge comic sans font, without root, so I'd guess it is configurable. Later I'll take a look.

@Anna what kind of accessibility? I don't use any, but I've seen the settings.

As for customization, there's lots of little and not so little things you can do, like switching themes (which alter practically everything visually), and that comes included with a market. Do you have any like or need specific? I've found it to be very customizable.

@Anna after using xiaomi, therefor MIUI, I don't think I can go back anymore. MIUI is just so advanced compared to vanilla Android... I wish more enterprises would put the money necessary to make real customizations to Android.
