    Pues ya he terminado #WhatTheHealth. Básicamente abogan por las dietas basadas en plantas y muestran la corrupción entorno a distintas asociaciones americanas (de prevención de cariopatias, prevencion de cáncer y alguna otra que reciben dinero de cárnicas y demás), lo malita que está la gente que vive entorno a mataderos y campos de productos para los animales de los mataderos y lo mucho que mejora la gente de sus enfermedades cuando se alimenta a base de plantas.
    Está curioso desde el punto de vista de la salud, aunque no menciona ni un poquito el tema de los derechos animales. Recomendable, aún así.

    @shevek Pelín aventurado decir eso, sobretodo teniendo en cuenta a que me refiero a todos los nutricionistas, no los del documental. Busca algo de información y verás que se encuentra fácil. Y por si acaso te da pereza, te resumo las diferencias que he podido ver dedicandole dos minutos:
    - Los carbohidratos no son solubles en agua; mientras que los azúcares, sí.
    - Los hidratos de carbono deben ser divididos en moléculas simples para poder ser digeridos. Los azúcares se digieren sin dificultad por el organismo.

    Según he entendido los nutricionistas dividen entre carbohidrates simples y los complejos. Los simples, aunque carbohidratos, no los consideran como tal. El azúcar es uno de estos.
