No, just some exe files, but it (or rather, the first part) runs fine under vanilla Wine 6.0.3 on Linux, so you're probably good with whatever version you care to install on your macOS system.

Only note if that you need to wine winsetup.exe before you do wine Gobliiins5-Part1.exe

I just discovered that Rob Hale, the indie developer who published games as Squid In A Box, died in August 2022.

I met them at the indie arcade at EGX in... 2010? 2011? when they were promoting Waves, a fantastic, stunning looking twin-stick shooter.

If you set up an account, you can get a load of old Apogee Software and 3D Realms games for free, buy a copy of Megarace that's actually been packaged for Linux (although I presume you know how to use DOSBox yourself), and even buy a copy of Steve Meretzky's The Space Bar, which I don't think is currently on GOG or Steam.

Most of my retro stuff is housed elsewhere, but I realised that I have a very cute set of games and hardware down by my workspace, including my first sound card (the CMS Game Blaster), a treasured game given to me by a dear friend (The Black Cauldron, which never reached my country except in pirated form), a copy of Quake with a sneaky backstory, and a Covox Sound Source!
