There is a new toy just published by #nextcloud called Text. Its a collaborative markdown editor. Won't replace onlyoffice which is so much requested, but its a good and solid (on first glance) text editor.

@josantleon Well its not only that. This all sounds super easy, but you need to provide a way to upload that stuff, keep things in check, make sure there is no abuse, permission errors, and all kind of other things (js bitcoin miners) etc, etc. Its not as easy as it might seem, when you want to do it right.
We had the idea to provide Grav based hosting. But that needs resources (mainly man hours not server space) to handle it.

@josantleon WE have had the idea yes. But this requires more work which at this moment is not possible due to very limited resources. It is on our radar though.

Yes we are working on it at the moment. @fede is preparing some form of procedure to make it easy and clear on how to contribute with translations.

I am guessing something else was at play. We really do translate all of them. Maybe it was not on topic, consisted random characters or (if its about the dish question) he just named random dishes which is not what the question is about.

@colegota @abdhessuk @josantleon @izaro We are currently working on better or more documented way to contribute translations which might cover the verification questions. We estimate to have something within next three weeks time (at least thats the rough plan) so if you are interested in contributing, keep your eyes and ears open for news in that regard.

Not true. You can answer in any language you like. We did it in english because of limited resources and the fact we keep on changing the question frequently and we cant depend on community to keep translating those in timely manier (we keep the question for a week more or less). That said, since I can find a way to translate your toot and all the non-english answers, I think people should be able to translate that question :)

@404_city @bob Perhaps if you stop posting toots like the one above, or adding snarky comments in your commit tree of the manifesto or just coming to the community room restarting the discussion over and over again (which everyone had enough of). Noone ever said anything about 404 before you came along and started pushing your manifest and spreading fud.

🤔 Tip of the Day 🤔

Since google has been pain in the ass blocking ours and other public searx instances, we had to disable google search results. However because now by default they are disabled, all spammers, crawlers and other scum does not knock to google's gates via our searx. This means we are no longer blocked.

If you want to use google search results on our searx, you need to enable it in the preferences.
