in other news, @federationbot will very soon stop to auto-follow on the instances that did not asked to be unlisted.To be clear It will stop autofollowing period.

If you want a chance to be boosted and part of the fediverse, the command 'follow' is being implemented. It will also mutually follow.

https://relay.mastodon.host/inbox got updated to branch rewrite-1 ( seems like there was an issue with the previous one :/ ), do not hesitate to resubscribe as the old version lost subscriptions..

Hopefully this branch will prove more stable...

Being public and transparent:

I do host https://fediverse.blog but this belongs to the Plume project and db/media and domain will be given to them the moment they decide so ( I will ofc help them transfer everything so that the transition is smooth when they want it ). I pledged that to Baptiste, Plume author, and now it's also public.

I will be funding and hosting it in the meantime ( which can last as long as they decide and I am able to continue ), to help and contribute to a sane fediverse.

https://plume.mastodon.host will also stay under the m.h usual service terms :)

Mastodon.host will reopen for you when you start publishing sources for write.as, or stop advertising a fake opensource project.

In the meantime, we won't support you nor anything you produce, and will actively block anything related to write.as and writing.exchange...

Introducing in beta https://pinafore.mastodon.host from the excellent @nolan !

Take a look if you want a different mastodon UI :)

@vertigo @gled CAT cable with a USB ftdi to control the rig with either rigctl ( hamlib ) or flrig/fldigi or wsjtx on the raspberry pi. Second din cable for the audio connection.

I can do digital by ssh / x11vnc on the pi, or use pulseaudio tunnel sink/source to process on the laptop ;)

Ptt via CAT, can do phone mode with the headset plugged in the laptop ;)

Only issue, the CAT supported command set is very limited on the ft857d I have , so still trying to reverse the missing commands...

@tagomago I updated the instance to beta7 as it fix a few of those. Thanks for the report !
