It's important to understand mutually exclusive differences within the Left. As the great American poet George Oppen put it: things explain each other, not themselves.
In this respect, I'd consider a political ideology like @ntnsndr to be outside of my zone of solidarity. A strategic ally? Sure, on a case-by-case basis.
The anarchist Margaret Killjoy created a good schematic to better understand zones of solidarity.

Edurne (gin@social.coop)'s status on Friday, 27-Jul-2018 11:07:52 UTC Edurne โ'Power to the people' can only
be put into practice when the power exercised by social elites is
dissolved into the people. Each individual can then take control of
his daily life. If 'Power to the people' means nothing more than
power to the 'leaders' of the people, then the people remain an
undifferentiated, manipulatable mass, as powerless after the revolution as they were before. In the last analysis, the people can never have power until they disappear as a 'people.โ

Is it treated as โnoiseโ? Okay in small amounts? A barrier to learning? And do emotions happen to you, or do you create emotions yourself?
I created this infographic for teachers about my latest research that included 750 teachers from Greece, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Please forward it to any teachers in your life! ๐บ
