@quad Yeah, I'm not interested in buying a OnePlus, it just so happens that my budget is somehow perfectly synced up with their price rises.

I've also never thought Chinese phones were a good deal, you never know what to expect, both from the hardware and from the software. I'm really just looking now from either a Nokia, a bq (see bq.com), or if I can somehow spend more, an Essential or just really doubt so but perhaps a Sony or a Google Pixel. I don't see anything out there that's balanced.

I love how OnePlus pushes the price of their new phones every year because then, when my budget has grown just enough to buy a OnePlus, they release a new one which I have no way to afford.
