Back in the GTalk days, you could talk to your entire Google contacts list via federated XMPP.

So even back then I had way more contacts on XMPP than GNUSocial or Identica.

Google played a large role in killing off XMPP usage and the day they announced sunsetting GTalk was when I realized they're just another embrace-extend-extinguish monopolist.

Society needs self-hostable, scalable and functional alternatives to surveillance capitalist systems of manipulation and censorship.

Muchos incluso, ricos o pobres, creen en la falsa idea de "merecer". En el neoliberalismo se da la idea de que unos merecen más que otros porque unos trabajan más que otros pero es una mentira redonda.

Hay gente que trabaja 12 a 18 horas al día y vive en miseria o "en el mejor de los casos", endeudadísima.

El sistema económico vigente es criminal.

La maldita "meritocracia" esa filosofía individualista que te la quieren meter hasta por el ...... se puede deconstruir todo tipo de bajadas de lineas de esa filosofía que te diga que el cambio empieza por uno... si.. uno hace lo que puede pero mientras no haya politicas de estado para los que menos tienen.. no hacemos nada con que el cambio empieze por uno. Cuando te dicen: "no te metas en politica" y todo el cuentito que sigue... nos están haciendo mierda..
la unica herramienta que se tiene de profunda transformación empieza ahí. Holis
