Mastodon unfortunately does not allow to change the nickname .. Currently, we intend to abandon the use of #XMPP in the nickname.Time to say goodbye to @xmpp nickname.
When the #matrix server becomes usable, we will launch the matrix server. Now the Matrix consumes too many resources and it is impossible to start the matrix server.
We are not going to disable the XMPP server, just change the nickname to the mastodon -

Am Donnerstag installiere ich mit meiner 9. Klasse (Informatik) auf ihren mobilen Geräten xmpp-Apps, sie erstellen sich eine JID und wir chatten.
Gibt es irgendwo im Netz eine Anleitung von xmpp für Anfänger?
Also, wie starte ich einen Chat, wie joine ich einen MUC, wie erstelle ich einen MUC, etc.?Mir scheint, dass #xmpp von Freaks für Freaks bestimmt ist. Um den Massenmarkt zu erreichen, muss mehr passieren.
