Gusocial.de wird abgeschaltet. Das ist aber kein Problem fuer das #fediverse.

@jo32168 ja fuer Massenueberwachung und Krieg scheint es in der Anwendung z.B. nicht zu bedeuten.
vllt. einfach alles was mehr vom status quo abweicht als bestimmtes anderes.
1941 war Juden toeten normal. Wer in Deutschland sich dagegen gestellt hat war extrem.
heute ist Juden *nicht* zu toeten normal und juden zu toeten extrem.
lt. Hufeisen-phanatikerInnen* sind aber die die Juden ermordeten gleich schlimm wie die die das auf keinen Fall wollen.
Da die Idee weit verbreitet ist, ist das normal.

Ich versuche gerade in #twidere eine proxy einzurichten. Hab aber keine Ahnung ob das nun funktioniert hat oder nicht.
Denn obwohl in twidere angab alles via proxy anzusteuern erhalte ich posts bei ausgeschalteter proxy.

Meine These kontraer dazu:
google ist Teil der Aktoer*Innen denen wir eine proprietaere Softwarelandschaft zu verdanken haben. Durch geschicktes marketing haben sie es geschafft in der Masse eine positives Image zu waren und dadurch ihre dominante Position zu sichern. #google mag einzelne freie software Projekte unterstuetzt haben, im Gesamtbild, also nicht projektzentristisch gedacht, genau das Gegenteil fuer freie Software Entwicklung bewirkt und in der Regel aus purem Eigeninteresse agiert.
Zu sagen google unterztuetzt freie Software, ist aus dieser Perspektive betrachtet falsch. -

@dahabakuk du unterstälst mir gerde das ich für Sachbechädigung anderer Menschen plädiere. Das tue ich NICHT.
Ich machte einen Post der jmd. von bewusster Verletzung von Menschenrechten durch die Polizei sprach. Die Polizei ging massiv gegen friedliche Demonstranten vor.
Das war hier das Thema.
Deine Antwort: aber es wurden ja auch Dinge kaputt gemacht.
Ja das ist passiert. Ich habe nie gesagt dass es gut ist Dinge von anderen kaputt zu machen. Ich habe gesagt das es eine Strategie ist, über die man diskutieren kann ob sie sinnvoll oder nicht ist.
Während das Ursprungsthema Polizeigewalt gegen Menschen war, längst du den Fokus die ganze Zeit auf, "die haben aber Objekte kaputt gemacht"
Ich will Objekte kaputt machen nicht rechtfertigen, aber schon gar nicht als Argument verstehen Polizeigewalt zu legitimieren.
...während sogar die Polizeigewalt der Objektzerstörung vorauseilte.

Somehow my post didn't made it to arrive in !gnusocial.
After a gnusocial user pointed out it might be time for a gnusocial #hackathon I started to promote it over #mastodon.
Around 20 showed interest in attending sofar.
While I'm not involved into the development and was more about just helping to promote, is there some or organisational stuff for this hackathon already going on?
The original proposal was Leipzig.
I now also resieved an offer for an hackerspace in amsterdam.
Also I'm pretty shure I could offer a place in #berlin.
If there is until now no organisation process going on, I would wait for around 1 week and then send a doodle around, if that's ok with ppl.

@potzlow auf mastodon gab es bis jetzt sehr positives feedback zu dem !gnusocial #hackaton. ca. 20 sind interessiert. Auch wurde eine weitere Lokation angeboten. Ein Hackerspace in #amsterdam. Gibt es denn schon konkrete Plaene was die Organisation angeht? waere vllt. auch sinnvoll zu english fuer das Thema zu switchen. (mein english account @paulfree14/ )

Imagine #gnusocial / #postActive would look (beside a #microblog) like fully developed #rss, #json reader. I've just found #newsblur a couple of days ago.
You can organize your different streams, comment and share content with other users within the webpage. It's both a simple newsreader and a social annociated newsreader. You can follow people, and It's opensource....but it can't federate.
Just wanted to through this in. Cause I would really love if a !fediverse plattform could be used simliar like https://newsblur.com/ and as a blog.
I'm just curious, would it be for any of you of interest? Happy to hear your comments.
