@danielside Me gusta que contemplas más allá de 'el ahora mismo'. Cada vez más olvidamos que el 99.99999% de nuestra existencia como especie ni siquiera teníamos luz, y aun menos whatsapp.

@dtluna sure. We'll find a way to circumvent it. In the end, DRM may be a technical measure but it is a measure of control. Therefore it is also an issue of freedom.

I've got some ethical doubts about MailChimp. What right do I have to hand over a list of email addresses (of people I don't know) to some company? MailChimp is free and that comes at a price. So, I'm wondering how do deal with that. @dabnotu #privacy

¿alguien conoce una alternativa a MailChimp?

I suppose that I should include NextCloud on !Freedombone. It was originally in there when it was OwnCloud, but was removed after the Debian packaging debacle. I also didn't like it trying to automatically update itself.

@mikael Ouch! Prices like that stifle innovation. :(

Maybe an interstellar worm hole was opened up by secret US electromagnetic testing at the north pole, leading to unresolvable network issues. @knuthollund @mikael @mmn
-
@mikael I remember you mentioned some time ago that a dual provider setup was something your were working towards. What are your plans?
-
@mikael Well, we are at their mercy.
-
@mikael Are you getting the blame for this? Really?? That happened to me quite a few years ago. A crappy MS Access application kept failing and I was blamed because I was using iptables to route between some networks. The boss came down hard on me. I found out later that everyone who was criticising me were ultra Catholics.
